Anaconda out in Table Mesa

Few of us on ZOA did a trip out to table mesa easter morning for some rock crawlin. We decided to see if we could get the two sami's with 31s, locked front and rear, spoa, and 6.5:1 gears through it. they made it through but not without a bit of work to get them over the boulder before the first waterfall. after that it was all golden and no body damage. We had two buggys, my sami, and two of the sami's on 31s. both buggys broke (one on the first obstical into terminator, got the tire stuck in a v-notch and blew a birdfield you can hear it in the vid, other got his RR stuck in the undercut of the second waterfall on anaconda and blew a calimini chromo axle). i got over the first boulder really easily but fell off the line for the first waterfall and tore up my top pretty good. the two on 31s had no damage or isses . And they said it couldnt be done on 31s

Cool.

Not to burst your bubble but I took little red threw Anaconda on 31X10.50's many many years ago.

Granted, it was on Toyota axles (spool/lock right, 5.29 gears) and I had a Rock Block but still, on 31's.

This is my run at it but that big boulder was gone.....The other guy in the video is "CAPTAIN DAVE" as I call him......he did shit in that Sammy that I never thought possible....that boy knows how to wheel.........hed make guys in jeeps that had 37s and 40s cringe after they saw him take the same line they did and made it look easy...........LOL

the trail pretty easy now. Rudy and i ran it just a couple weeks ago. boulders are all gone and the last bypass around that rock dave climed at the end is dug out to shit! its way more off camber and you basically use your rocker to keep you from rolling and to pivot around. still a fun trail though
